The Role
We're looking for a friendly, patient, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to help our growing base of small business customers get the most out of their AI Receptionist. You'll be the human behind the AI — guiding customers through setup, troubleshooting issues, and making sure every business feels supported.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers — help them configure their AI Receptionist, set up greetings, FAQs, and call routing
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone/video calls
- Troubleshoot issues with call handling, appointment booking, and integrations
- Collect customer feedback and relay feature requests to the product team
- Create and update help documentation and setup guides
- Proactively check in with customers to improve retention and satisfaction
Compensation
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service, support, or client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient and empathetic — you enjoy helping people solve problems
- Comfortable learning new technology and explaining it in simple terms
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
- Available for at least 20 hours per week during US business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS products, VoIP, or AI tools
- Background in supporting small business owners
- Experience with helpdesk tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
