We serve restaurants, home service companies, medical offices, insurance agencies, and more.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, patient, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to help our growing base of small business customers get the most out of their AI Receptionist. You'll be the human behind the AI — guiding customers through setup, troubleshooting issues, and making sure every business feels supported.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers — help them configure their AI Receptionist, set up greetings, FAQs, and call routing
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone/video calls
  • Troubleshoot issues with call handling, appointment booking, and integrations
  • Collect customer feedback and relay feature requests to the product team
  • Create and update help documentation and setup guides
  • Proactively check in with customers to improve retention and satisfaction

Compensation

$18 – $25/hr
Based on experience and availability
Performance Bonus
Monthly bonus based on customer satisfaction scores
Flexible Hours
Part-time (20 hrs/wk) or full-time available
Growth Path
Opportunity to grow into team lead or customer success

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service, support, or client-facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patient and empathetic — you enjoy helping people solve problems
  • Comfortable learning new technology and explaining it in simple terms
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week during US business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS products, VoIP, or AI tools
  • Background in supporting small business owners
  • Experience with helpdesk tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
