- Contact Lists: To use the Service, you upload CSV files or sync data containing the names, phone numbers, and details of your prospects ("Leads"). You retain ownership of this data. We process it solely to provide the Service to you.
- Call Data: Use of QueueLeads generates call logs, duration metrics, and disposition statuses.
- SMS/Text Message Data: When SMS messages are sent through the Service, we collect and store message content, recipient phone numbers, delivery status, and opt-out records.
C. Voice and AI Data
- Recordings & Transcripts: Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence to conduct and record conversations. We collect and store audio recordings and text transcripts of these calls to provide the Service, ensure quality, and improve our AI models.
D. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and pages visited.
- Cookies & Pixels: We use cookies and tracking technologies (such as the Meta Pixel) to track activity on our Service and hold certain information to improve your experience and for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service: To execute AI calls, send SMS/text messages, route live transfers to your phone, and manage your appointment calendar.

4. SMS/Text Messaging
QueueLeads sends SMS/text messages on behalf of our business customers as part of the Service. This section describes how SMS messaging works, how consent is obtained, and how you can opt out.
A. Types of SMS Messages
- Appointment Confirmations: When an inbound caller books an appointment through a business's AI receptionist, a confirmation text message is sent to the phone number the caller used to initiate the call.
- Campaign Messages: Business owners may initiate outreach campaigns to their contact lists through the QueueLeads platform. These messages relate to the business's services and include opt-out instructions.
B. Consent and Opt-In
- Inbound Callers: When you call a business that uses QueueLeads and agree to book an appointment during the call, you consent to receive a confirmation SMS at the phone number you called from. This consent is obtained verbally during the recorded phone call.
- Campaign Recipients: Business owners using QueueLeads are required to have obtained prior express consent from recipients before sending campaign messages, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws. QueueLeads does not send unsolicited messages without the business owner first confirming they have the necessary consent.
C. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Appointment confirmations are sent once per booking. Campaign message frequency depends on the business's outreach schedule but is typically limited to a small number of messages per campaign.
D. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent from that number. To resume receiving messages, reply START.
E. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. QueueLeads does not charge recipients for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information or your Client Data (your uploaded lists) to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including:

- AI Providers: (e.g., OpenAI, Deepgram) to process speech-to-text and generate responses.

6. Your Responsibilities Regarding "Client Data"
You act as the Data Controller for the leads you upload to QueueLeads. We act as the Data Processor.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to upload this data and to allow QueueLeads to contact these individuals via AI voice agents and SMS/text messages on your behalf, in compliance with all applicable laws (including the TCPA in the US).
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
8. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information and Client Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or to resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
