How does the 7-day free trial work?

Start using any plan immediately with full access to all features. Your card won't be charged until after the 7-day trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.

Do you charge for calls that don't connect?

No. Busy, no-answer, and failed calls have 0 seconds and don't consume any minutes.

Do voicemails count as minutes?

Yes. Minutes track completed call duration, which includes both answered calls and voicemails.

Are Professional minutes pooled across users?

Yes. The 3,000-minute limit is shared across all org members, billed to the org owner for any overage.

What happens if I exceed my included minutes?

You keep calling—overage minutes are billed at your plan rate (as low as $0.02/min). For example: 300 minutes over × $0.02 = $6. We'll send you alerts at 75% and 90% usage so you're never surprised.

Do phone numbers cost extra?

No! Your dedicated Twilio phone number is included in your monthly plan. The actual Twilio rental cost (~$1.15/month) is already built into your plan price.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change plans anytime from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
